Pretty obvious but have you tried resetting the SMC?

Inspect your battery connector for logic board connection and/or corrosion on the pins: Installing MacBook Core 2 Duo Battery Connector

This is the type of part you're looking at: MacBook Battery Connector/Sleep Sensor (non-Energy Star)

Also download and run Coconut battery to see if the batteries are being seen. http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/19085/c...

MacBook Battery Connector/Sleep Sensor (non-Energy Star)

Provides battery contacts and sleep sensor for logic boards without Energy Star printed at the second RAM... — 16 available at 29.95 each.

The charging circuit itself may be burned out. Incredibly rare, but I've seen it in non-Mac laptops.

Jerry F Nerviano,

No corrosion on the pins and battery is perfectly lock to laptop. After install Coconut battery, battery are seen. Laptop can power up by battery or ac adapter, or both. But no green or yellow at the tip of the magsafe power adapter. I have 3 ac adapters, none of them shows green or yellow light. I am sure it is not the ac adapters. Thank you
