What to do with PowerBook that won't turn on?
I had this for quite some years now and have finally gotten around to getting rid of it. Basically, I think the motherboard is dead (it's not the DC in or the charger) and I don't want to invest into a new one. Is there anything I could do with the spare parts, for example reuse the screen somewhere else, or sell the whole thing as is?
much appreciated

Before I gave up on it I would try disconnecting the PRAM battery. If it boots you can either replace the battery or sell the computer as working but needing a PRAM battery. Good luck.
