iPhone got unplugged during update

Well what can i say, I unplugged my phone during an update i thought was done and now it powers up and goes straight to a screen with the itunes logo and a the usb cord. Ive tried to do a hard reset to no avail. I tunes says it doesnt recognize anything plugged in...Help!

You're going to have to try a recovery mode update, or restore it in recovery mode to fix the problem. Follow this guide to get the iPhone into recovery mode to restore it.

Tried holding the home button down and nothing happened. Shut it down and still the same result. Is there any other way to get into the dfu mode?

After restarting my computer it went into dfu mode fine. Thanks for the info.
