Sound does not work on G4

History

I am getting no sound with the internal speaker nor the earphone jack. The operating system is OS X 10.5.8. What might the solutions be.

Replace your sound/power board. You can get them on crack bay (I call ebay site that cause buying there is so addictive) for about $30-$40.
