Missing the battery, RAM, hard drive, and probably some screws. It's hard to say the condition of a device without seeing it in person and being able to turn it on and see if it runs. LCD looks worn with the standard keyboard marks, scratches, and blemishes.
That depends on the price. However, if you are not able to turn on the machine and run Apple Hardware Test and make sure the machine works, then I would not buy it. Or at least not pay more than like $50 USD for it. That's my opinion though and other people may be more willing to take the chance and purchase that laptop.
