Can a Trackpad on A1278 MacBook Pro fit on A1278 Mabook Unibody

History

Can a Macbook Pro A1278 trackpad fit on a Macbook Unibody A1278. My Macbook Pro A1278's trackpad is bad, and I have a spare Macbook Unibody. I found out that the both have the same model numbers.

No it doesn't by the way. The trackpad on the pro is easier to replace and it's the same size, but the screws and the little hooks are in different places.
