Unable to make playlists

History

Songs are on my ipod, and on my itunes, but will not aloow me to make a playlist on my ipod and sync it to my itunes

On-The-Go playlists generally do not sync to iTunes automatically, however you should be able to drag it from your iPod list of playlists into your iTunes list.
