How to replace memory with 32GB or 64GB?
I have iPhone 4 16Gb back, and i want to replace memory chip on logic board with 32Gb or 64GB.
can i do it?

I do not think that you will be able to do that since the memory chip is a soldered part of the logic board. If you want to increase your memory you will have to purchase a logic board with more memory.

it can be done, but its not cost effective to do so. especially not in an iphone 4

No, its fixed for what it has. Not expandable.
so if buy a 4s 8gb phone and install a new 64gb board connections will work
in theory, it should work for as long as you get a good fully functioning board.
