How to replace memory with 32GB or 64GB?

History

I have iPhone 4 16Gb back, and i want to replace memory chip on logic board with 32Gb or 64GB.

can i do it?

I do not think that you will be able to do that since the memory chip is a soldered part of the logic board. If you want to increase your memory you will have to purchase a logic board with more memory.
