Try plugging the phone into your computer. It seems like your phone uses a Micro B USB.

If it doesn't work it may be the USB port.

Also, try another charger. I can't find any external battery chargers so thats out of the question.

Will it not charge on neither the wall charger or the USB charge from the computer? Follow Gabe's advice first. But do consider how old your battery is and that the battery may be not holding or taking a charge. Also keep in mind that the LG Dare had issues with the pins of the charging port. Make sure that the pins are making contact and that they are not bend etc. Good Luck
