iPod trouble turning on screen and charging to computer

I was using my ipod last night and it was left with 20% battery, when i woke up i find out my ipod wont turn on, so i plug it in to the computer, as i wait till it pops up, nothing happens. So i wait a little longer but nothing happenes. Ip lugged it in to the wall and it wont turn on either, what should i do
