My phone won't respond to my touch

History

My phone refuses to respond to my touch and my power off button doesn't work anymore so i cant do a reset. HELP PLEASE!!!

Mine did the same exact thing power button broke and just the bottom unlocking slider doesn't work let me know if you find anything
