Hi Bryan,
1. Boot from Install DVD
2. Choose Language -> and wait
3. Click on top Menü -> Utilities
4. Click on Disk Utility
5. Choose new HDD on left side with the GB in it
6. Choose on the right the erase pane
7. Choose "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)"
8. Click Erase.
The new Disk is now formated and ready to use.
You don't need to partition the HDD if no partition is created yet. Erase is absolutly fine.
Thanks for your help I also found the art. I was looking for bookmarked it this time lol just got a email from you guys that my drive is on its way I'll post up the out come after I install it and i am up and running.
