Left fan compatibility (apple part#: 922-7916 VS. 922-8042)

I just want to know if is possible use this macbook pro left fan (Apple Part # 922-7916):

MacBook Pro 15" (Model A1211, A1226, and A1260) Left Fan

in a Macbook pro 2,4 santa rosa A1226, that originally uses Apple part #: 922-8042:

There is any problem or it's just the same but with a different part number?
