Where can I get a triwing screwdriver?

Following your guide I have identified my Macbook Pro as a mid 2009 2.8ghz. Trying to remove the battery I note that it has odd triwing screws. Do you know where I can get a screwdriver to remove them, and can you confirm that the stripdown for the 2.66ghz Mid 2009 will be the same for my computer?
