iPhone got wet... touch screen not working

History

My phone got dunked in a swimming pool. Everything seems to work except that the touch screen is not working. What can I do?

ok...got it working...i just unplugged and plugged a few things and the connection started working. Thanks!!!!

put it in a bowl of rice for atleast one day

Check this guide. There is more to it than just placing it in rice. Great start.....but.
