iHome compatibility with this iPod?

I have the iPod touch and iHome mentioned above and I was wondering if they are compatible? Apple did not include a dock with the iPod but I do have the dock from an iPod touch 2g. Could I use the iHome ih4b, my 4th gen touch and the 2nd gen iPod touch dock?
