Can I replace these parts myself? Are parts you sell new?
Track pad not registering clicking, and space bar sticking.

Possibly
depends upon your exact model and your abliity to DIY. Replacing the entire top case would be easiest, on some models the keyboards and track pads are all integrated into the case.
