Repair iPhone 4 Audio Jack

As descripted in the title, how should I replace the audio jack in iphone 4. It was not shown in the slide show.

if you look at here(http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...), then you shall notice it look like it is going to be difficult, and also the charging connector part is unclear. Just wish some had a tutorial posted.I am deciding whether I should replace the earphone and connector, total of two is about 20 bucks, so not expensive. If it is too hard, than I will consider not intall them.

You can see the headphone jack in step 20 of iFixit's teardown, to the left of the thumb; it looks like it's held in with one screw, and you will have to find the headphone + volume button flex and replace it as one assembly.
