keeps repeating same songs on shuffle

History

when on shuffle mode it only plays 5-10 songs out of 360+ and keeps repeating the same songs.WHY?

Does it play the other songs in repeat mode?

connect to itunes and make sure that the other 350 songs are really there and in a format that the iPod can play.

Sometimes when the sync was aborted the names of the songs appear, but the songs aren´t there.

hold down the voiceover button until the nice lady inside starts telling you about all the playlists on the shuffle, press voiceover button again when she says 'all songs'
