Battery Drain Issue MBP Unibody

My battery drains even when the Mac is completely shut down. It'll drain ~20% overnight.

Any ideas?

Options

Too many cycles

Use Applications->Utilities-> System Profiler:Power to see how many cycles the battery has gone through, anything near or over 300 is the life of the battery. Though if a battery has been run completely flat too many times it might show only a small number of cycles.
