Juice on keyboard, directional keys don't work

History

I poured juice in the lower right hand corner of the keyboard and now the directional keys don't work, did I ruin the keys or can I clean them? Thanks, John

Here is a link to a detailed procedure to follow after a spill. You really need to inside to prevent corrosion.

You can pull of the keys individually and try to clean the area. Use denatured alcohol if you can. If that doesn't work, you will probably have to replace the keyboard.

G4 Aluminum 15" 1.5/1.67 or 17" 1.67 GHz (LR) Keyboard

Keyboard replacement / Backlit — 8 available at 99.95 each.

I didn't have much luck with pulling keys off of my PowerBook so be careful if you attempt this (broke the plastic retainers under the keys leaving me to later replace the keyboard).
