battery wont charge

i bought new battery and new chargers. battery still wont recharge. any suggestions?

You might have a logic board problem, but I would recommend putting the old one back in to see if it's simply a faulty battery. will it turn on, or does it simply stay off? not charge as in it turns on but doesn't run when it's not plugged in?

played fine when i put new battery in it. while ipod is plugged in, it will power up but says it has "no battery power, plug in to power supply" then light goes out and it says, please wait battery very low. then goes to non-lit picture of apple. like i said, it played fine until new battery ran down. volumn was a little low, but all functions worked normally. thanks, mike

Okay, well, there are two things it could be- as a precaution, you might want to try charging via different methods. if that doesn't help you, try putting the old battery back in. if it works, the new battery is to blame. if it doesn't, get a new logic board. hope that helps?
