What causes my accelerator to make my car not go promptly?
My tires have this traction problem that affects the car to start going then it will go.

If your tires have lost their tread and are not getting traction, then you need new tires. We need some more information about the problem to be able to help you, though.
Does the car seem to rev a lot, not move, and then all of a sudden jump forward as if something is catching? If that's the case, then your clutch could be slipping.
