All my sounds on the phone are gone, the clicks, etc.

I can no longer hear any sounds when using the iphone such as the c licks when typing as well as the "whoosh" sound when sending a text? HOw can I fix this?

hi Susan,

possible cause is a faulty headphone socket

does a popup occur when iphone starts up, intructing you to put iphone in Airplane mode?

Water damage or dirt is a very common cause.

A good test is to go to phone keypad and call #####

if there are sounds from the phone then all is ok.

If no sound then almost certainly a faulty headphone socket.

Replacements are available on Ebay.

Must emphisise it will require an iphone breakdown to remove and reinstall the required part.
