sound does not work at all from either earbuds or bottom jack.
the ipod looks like it is working fine, but no sound comes from either the earphone jack or when connected with bottom jack. I read somewhere that if you put it in the freezer, it starts to work again. This is true, it works, but stops again shortly....not a permanent fix or even a temporary one. Please help!
