rj713,

not good enough for someone - it was downvoted. but as always - i don't even care ;-)

markus weiher,

I can understand why someone would downvote it, however I personally did not cast the vote.

rab777hp,

sure about it? (LOL) - some people are too lazy to use a search engine, i redid my search on a better search engine: CLICK here

markus weiher,

Upvoted you again.

Pico projectors, hence systems at mobile phone size (mostly Texas Instruments DLP but also other liquid crystal (LC) based systems) nowadays have three LEDs, a micromirror chip where the movie/video source is projected onto, and some optics (lenses/prisms).

In a laser projector, the LEDs are replaced by laser diodes and the optics is different. Mostly these systems provide brighter images and do virtually not need to be focussed.
