How to replace the lcd screen and digitizer?

i cracked the screen in my palm pre, and was wondering how to replace the screen and digitizer?

here is the link to a tear down step by step instructions, its what i plan on using when the parts arrive, got the screen and digitizer for 60 shipped off ebay, best of luck all.

Since as of yet there's no guide on replacing it, following the teardown would be your best bet. If you can it'd be great if you can create a guide on how to replace the LCD+digitizer.
