You may want to replace the thermal paste. The fan and heat sink can be removed with this guide.

hi there. with regards to your problem, may i know how old is your notebook? and in what places you're using this? for the first possibility of overheating is DUST on your fan. the longer we use our notebook the more dust it will take inside. and for the place where you are using it...if you use this in a room where dust are everywhere then you need to open your notebook to clean only your fan. then try to boot again.

second possibility is that your fan needs to be change when it rotates very slowly. hope this will help. cheers.
