Maximum RAM that can be installed

History

According to MacWorld article, the A1260 can accommodate 6 gigs of ram, but there are only two slots. How can 6 gigs be installed?

two 4gb modules

if you use 2 2gb modules, you will get 4gb

to acomplish what you want, use 1 4gb stick and 1 2gb stick
