why do you want to know that?
the cell get's charged to around 4.2 or 4.25V - that means that the cell if fully charged with this voltage.
the usb port has a voltage of 5V - and (up to) 500mah, the wall charger has a voltage of 5V and 1ah
so the charging voltage should be somewhere between 4.25 and 5V ;-)
