Why is my bluetooth unavailable?

History

My bluetooth is now unavailable. I tried everything I could find online. Resetting the PRAM, etc... Everything. I then called Apple, and they told me my bluetooth board was bad. I ordered one, changed it out, and no change... I can't imagine I randomly have 2 bad bluetooth boards. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I just purchased the magic mouse, and would really like to use it!

almost 2 years without bluetooth, and all of a sudden it is back on. No idea what caused it to start working all of a sudden...

I checked the connectors twice. Still no luck. I'm wondering if it could be software?

Formatted the hard drive, and reinstalled just the OS. it didn't even recognize I had bluetooth. I then did a restore from time machine, and I am right back to where I stared... Any help would be greatly appriciated...
