What type of adhesives do apple use inside iPods?

Hey,

I'm thinking about fixing my ipod, but what i want to know is, what type of adhesive/glue can i use to restick parts down? For example the ribbon that you have to peel off the Ipod Nano 4th gen's battery if you want to replace it.

PLEASE HELP, i've looked all over the internet for an answer for this question!

it's only a little bit repair related - so i think it's ok to answer it

most companies are using: 3M 300LSE

since it took me less than a minute to find it on google - i will tell you how to find something like that

use the image search engine and search for parts that usually comes with those stuff - et voilà - you got the answer to that specific question ;-)

I've used the double-sided 3M tape mentioned above, and it just isn't strong enough to last over a long period of time. Unfortunately, I'm still looking for something better.

not sure what they originally use but silicone glue is good.
