Can I use a 2.0ghz logic board in my 2.4ghz MacBook

i have a Non Working MacBook A1181 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo and i want to buy a 2.0 ghz core duo Logic board for it. I am Wondering If it will work in my macbook.

No, unfortunately it won't work. Among (many) other things, the logic board screw holes are in different locations between the Core Duo and Core 2 Duo models.
