iPhone Dock Connector to Sony DMPort Pinouts / Convertor Cable

Is it possible / does it already exist for a cable to run from an Apple iPhone 30-pin Dock Connector to a Sony DMPort, a bit like the Sony TDM-ip50 but that will connect to an Apple universal dock, so that I don't have to keep buying a new sony dock everytime I get a new iPhone/iPod.
