Why won't my iPhone boot after replacing the GPS antenna?
Hi guys,
I have a problem with my iPhone, after replacing the GPS antenna (it was broken), the iPhone won't boot. When I switch on the iPhone the Apple Logo is shortly flashing on the screen, nothing else!
I tried a recovery without any signals on iTunes!
Any tips or ideas?
Sorry for my "english"!

Greetings from the USA!
Try putting the phone in DFU mode and then doing a restore.
Unfortunatly there is no way to back up your phone right now so you will have to use a previous backup.
1. Connect the iPhone to your computer with the USB cable. Make sure iTunes is open.
2. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
3. After 10 seconds release only the Power button and continue to hold the Home button until the phone shows up in iTunes.
4. Proceed with a restore and your phone should be OK.
The reason the phone may not be working is a conflict in drives/firmware of the new GPS/Antenna.
Hope this helps!

Josh,
no Problems with water or anything else, it works fine bevore i changed the GPS antenna.
That's certainly a nice thing... water damage is very annoying, not to mention nigh impossible to fix. How slow/fast is the blinking?
Now i tried a restore on my XP Notebook, unfortunately, with the same result. Oddly enough the device reacts only if the cable USB is connected. When i press the power button for a longer time, the Apple Logo flashes every 3 seconds. I am absolutely helpless!
