iPhone wont find a carrier after jailbreaking

History

Two Days Ago i accidentally Upgrade My Unlocked iPhone to Firmware 4.0,Highly regret that because All day I was figuring out how to downgrade back to 3.1.2.Finally I downgraded back but I guess im not all the way finish since the Fact that My iPhone isnt even trying to reading my SIMS card I NEED HELP! I aready tried millions of time to Unlock it back on Blackra1n but no luck.if any iPhone Genius is here on just about that knows how to Fully Restore my iPhone.

Sounds like your phone is "bricked" which usually means permanent rest for that handset. Google "How to unbrick my iPhone and you'll find some help there.

1. Update your iTunes to the latest version.

2. use Tunes "restore" option in order to restore your iPhone

3. re-jailbreak

If that doesn't help, try using sn0wbreeze to unbrick your iPhone.
