My Iphone do now have an area accross the front tuchscreen where the fingertuch does not work - what to do ?? can I repair it ?

You need a whole new front plate with the digitizer as the front is glued on pretty tight

Its almost impossible to change out just the lcd of the iPhone 4/4S without damaging the lcd. You have to replace the entire assembly the digitizer and LCD because Apple had fused the LCD to the digitizer for a reason, they made it that way so that dirt, dust,etc. wouldn't get in-between the LCD and Digitizer so they decided to fuse them together as a design change from the previous iPhones the iPhone, iPhone 3G/3GS.
