I removed the ram and got dust off and placed them back in, previously my computer was beeping at me in sequences of 3 non stop. Now it sounds like it is trying to boot up with a blank screen, then I can hear it shut down with the power button. What can I try next????

The three beeps means a problem with your ram. I would remove the ram again and being sure I had them oriented correctly install one at a time. If this does not help get back to us and we will try something else. Ralph
