Options

If your iPhone 4 is a GSM iPhone 4 (has SIM tray) then this is the screen for it, iPhone 4 (GSM/AT&T) Screen

If you have CDMA iPhone 4 (Verizon or Sprint), no SIM Tray, then you need front screen assembly for iPhone 4 CDMA.
