Power button not working

Hi,

I have an iPod nano with water damage. I cleaned up the board and replaced the LCD (the backlight was dead). Now everything is OK with the iPod except the power button. I thought its the flex and replaced it but it's still not working!

The connector on the board seems to be ok and every other button works.

Help me out here

Options

Replace the logic board. There's no other component on the device that could be causing it.
