No lights on panel, replaced CCU...what next?

The washer went "dead", i.e. no lights on control panel and it was unresponsive. I unplugged the unit several times and plugged it back in...still nothing.

I replaced the CCU as I learned from other posts since I did not hear any "click" when it was plugged in. The new CCU clicked, so I unplugged it again and connected all the wires to the new CCU (I only connected the power to test it first).

After connecting all the other wires, the CCU no longer "clicked" when the power was plugged in. What would cause a new CCU to not work after plugging in all the other wires? I tested the power to the CCU and it was reading 120V.

Any thoughts?

Your wall plug should be putting out two 120 Volt lines. Test both sides with your voltmeter.

The washer runs on single phase, 120v. It has 120v across the line/hot and neutral. The outlet is providing the correct voltage. That voltage gets to the CCU, but I don't get the clicking sound from the CCU any longer.
