Hipoint water depenser doesn't work

Hipoint side by side refrigerator. Water dispenser on the freezer door has stopped working. No water is being dispensing. You can hear a click down to the rear and bottom area when you try to dispense water but nothing. It stopped all of sudden with no indication of weak pressure. Changed the filter inside the refrigerator but still doesn't work. No obstruction was observed at the dispenser tube.

I went to YouTube and found out that I might had the water line frozen. I went along the side of the freezer door with a blow dryer and was able to unplug the line. It took a while to do it but went along the side of the door where the tube could be at and also blew hot air into the outlet area.
