I have a iphone 4s and the microphone does not work when somebody calls i can hear but they cannot hear me in memo voice I cannot listen to my recordings neither does it appear anny motion in the app. what piece of replacement should i buy??
I tried filming with the camera and it works I can Hear everything and the speaks work as well with music
i was thinking about Speaker Enclosure

During video and voice memos the iPhone uses the secondary mic located on the top of the phone.. You need the bottom mic replaced with is located on the dock connector..

Voice memos on iPhone 4S are received through the lower microphone, as is voice with normal calls.

No that's the speaker you need to change the dock connecter like I said before the mic is located on that

The lower mic is faulty. The replacement part it the Charging Port Assembly with flex cable, lower microphone, and the connector for the home button flex cable, all a single part.
