Does not ring, but speaker is okey

Hi

I have a strange thing, i have two phones that are not ringing when called, but the speaker is okey and if i change the ring volume it is okey too

im currently on os 7.1

any ideas??

p.s the do not disturb button does now work, but it it is not on.

Options

It is possible that you lose the original files while rooting. So you can try to root it again.

If it can't work, it seems the speaker was hurt due to root.
