Remaining Screw 1,4 mm Phillips - important?

Hi,

i reasambled my Iphone 4 and there is a a screw which I can not insert this screw (yellow marking), it looks a bit like the scre thread is damaged.

Is it important to asemble this screw?

That is one of 5 screws holding the wifi board in place it shouldn't have any affect on your phone in its absence, though if it does you can easily purchase a new screw.
