I just replaced the hard drive and rebooted. Everything worked fine until I upgraded the operating system to leopard, the system that was on before. Now mouse works but no keyboard and track pad.whats up?

sounds like a software issue, if possible I would try and do a recovery (using a wireless keyboard if you can't use the keyboard) and try a re-install or if you can, revert back to the original operating system.
