Check your ribbon cables. It sounds like one is not correctly seated.

I would check the hard drive cable first as it has the sensor attached to it. Review Step 26 in this IFIXIT guide MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011 Upper Case Replacement

The screen sleep magnet could of slipped out of place or energy saver could be set to "never sleep". You could also try to reset the SMC---http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964.

What sensor do you replace?

by

Replacing Ribbon Cable from HDD with IR Sensor and LED. But i don`t know, where sitting the sleep sensor

The lid sensor is a small Hall effect transistor which is mounted on the ribbon cable assembly you replaced. It is part of the plastic bracket where the the IrDA sensor is located. It you take a steel paper clip and slide it across the left sides of the displays edge of the lid you'll locate the magnet which mates up with the Hall effect transistor in the case when the lid is closed.
