Replacing cracked screen on Nextbook 8?

Is there a trick to replacing the larger tablet glass. I got pretty good at replacing smart phone glass but the tablet glass is larger and more fragile. I'm just chipping it away one shard at a time. I tried warming it up with a hair dryer.
