Why wont my Samsung Galaxy turn on?
When it finally turns on, it stays about 2 to 3 seconds and then it just keeps restarting but wont stay on.... I need help!!

Hi,
Try with factory reset. Press and hold down the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons. And from Android Recovery menu select "wipe data / factory reset".
But you will lost all your data !!!
