Replaced digitizer and antennas, still searching.

So another technician replaced the digitizer and destroyed the power flex and both the left and right antenna. He was fired (too many damages in 1 week) and now I'm stuck finishing this. He started replacing both antennas but didn't finish anything. I got both antennas in and it still says searching. The date and time are wrong, but I connected it to WiFi to fix that (I heard at some points that can cause "searching" problems) and still no service.

It seems like he disconnected this board from the rest of the logicboard to connect the antennas better. Its the flex that sits next to the head phone flex on the main board.

Any ideas? I don't want to have to buy a whole new iPad for this guy since I wasn't the one who broke it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

There are some cellular parts on the headphone jack, make sure it is connected.

Before you go on, make sure the service plan for this iPad is still valid
